Chef de Partie | Luxury Hotel | Hoedspruit Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join a luxury hotel in Hoedspruit, Mpumalanga. Position details: Location: Hoedspruit, Mpumalanga Property type: Luxury Hotel Position: Chef de Partie Salary: Negotiable depending on experience Key responsibilities: Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard. Take responsibility for an allocated section of the kitchen during service. Ensure all food preparation is completed efficiently and according to required standards.

Maintain excellent standards of food quality, presentation and portion control. Assist with daily mise en place and kitchen preparation. Work closely with the Sous Chef and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety. Assist with stock control and minimise food wastage.

Support and guide junior kitchen staff where required. Ensure the kitchen section remains organised and fully prepared throughout service.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar senior culinary position. Relevant culinary qualifications will be advantageous. Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen procedures. Ability to work efficiently within a busy, high-pressure kitchen. Good communication and teamwork skills. Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality cuisine.
