Chest Physician

We are seeking a qualified Chest Physician to join a healthcare facility in Borivli or Mulund, Mumbai. The physician will be responsible for evaluating and managing patients with respiratory and pulmonary conditions, providing accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment, and coordinating care with other medical professionals.

Qualifications

MBBS with MD/DNB in Pulmonary Medicine, Respiratory Medicine, or Chest Medicine. Relevant clinical experience in pulmonary and respiratory care is preferred. Valid medical registration with the appropriate State Medical Council. Good clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, patient communication, and documentation skills.

Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with respiratory and pulmonary disorders. Conduct detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and appropriate diagnostic assessments. Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Manage conditions such as asthma, COPD, respiratory infections, and other pulmonary disorders.

Interpret relevant investigations and correlate findings with clinical symptoms. Provide appropriate medical advice, follow-up care, and patient education. Coordinate with other specialists and healthcare staff when required. Maintain accurate and timely medical records and clinical documentation. Follow established clinical, safety, infection-control, and ethical standards.
