Salary range: $25.99 to $32.76 per hour Full-time hours: 45 hours per week Benefits Safe and supportive workplace Work close to home What you'll do: Install, maintain, and repair mechanical and industrial equipment in a production environment Perform SMAW and FCAW welding in all positions Troubleshoot, repair, assemble, and conduct preventive maintenance on machines Repair or replace chains, belt conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulics, and more using electronic tools Identify opportunities for improvement Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards Education : Industrial Mechanics diploma (Minimum Bloc 1 or higher) Experience : 2-5 years in an industrial environment Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Sawmill experience is an asset Ability to communicate in French Must meet JDI selection criteria Who you are: Quality-focused and detail-oriented Able to work under pressure and adapt to unexpected situations Strong work ethic, discipline, and diligence Skilled in problem-solving (hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting) Team player with a commitment to safety Quick learner, autonomous, and meticulous Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ready to join a team that values safety, quality, and growth?
