Control Center Operator - Sheriff

The purpose of this class is to monitor and control security operations within court and detention facilities by operating electronic security systems, controlling inmate movement, maintaining security logs and records, monitoring alarms and surveillance equipment, and ensuring the safety and security of inmates, staff, visitors, and court personnel.

Incumbents perform security-related duties under the supervision of a Sergeant and are responsible for maintaining constant awareness of facility operations and responding appropriately to emergencies.
