Patient Care Director

PATIENT CARE DIRECTOR St. Vincent's Hospital Westchester in Harrison, NY has an unwavering commitment to excellence. Our dedication drives our success as Westchester's premier provider of inpatient and ambulatory behavioral health services. We are currently seeking a transformational nursing leader for the Patient Care Director position on one of our adult inpatient units.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a 28 bed unit, while ensuring delivery of the highest standards of patient care. You will work in collaboration with an exceptional and supportive leadership and interdisciplinary treatment team. Manage budgets and identify process improvements to enhance the patient experience.

Excel as a change agent, enhancing quality and performance. Some weekend leadership rotation is required.

Requirements

NYS RN License required BSN required MSN preferred BLS required 3 years of experience in specialty or area of practice, e.g. acute care, ambulatory care, long-term care, behavioral health required Pay Range: $75 - $85 an hour Benefits: Benefits after 45 days
