About the Role
Patsnap is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to help enterprise customers successfully adopt AI-native solutions across IP, R&D, innovation, and strategic intelligence workflows. This role sits at the intersection of customer delivery, product implementation, AI solution design, and business problem-solving.
You will work closely with customers to understand their real business processes, configure AI Agent workflows, build practical prototypes, and turn customer-specific needs into scalable product capabilities.
