• AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage the credit portfolio for two-wheeler financing. The role involves overseeing credit risk assessment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving the growth of the two-wheeler loan segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit management within the financial services industry, with a focus on two-wheeler loans, and will be responsible for developing credit policies, managing credit teams, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to optimize credit operations and minimize risk exposure.

Responsibilities

:- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures specific to two-wheeler financing to ensure risk mitigation and regulatory compliance. Lead the credit assessment process by analyzing borrower creditworthiness, repayment capacity, and collateral evaluation for two-wheeler loan applications. Manage and monitor the credit portfolio performance, identifying early warning signals and taking corrective actions to minimize non-performing assets.

Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and collections teams to streamline credit processes and enhance customer experience. Conduct periodic reviews and audits of credit files to ensure adherence to internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements. Train and mentor credit team members to enhance their skills in credit evaluation, risk assessment, and decision-making.

Prepare detailed credit reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting portfolio trends, risks, and opportunities. Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to continuously improve credit strategies. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to handle credit disputes, recoveries, and legal proceedings related to two-wheeler loans.

Drive initiatives to improve credit scoring models and leverage data analytics for better risk prediction and decision-making.
