Lead Tax Associate

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a technical resource for complex tax and accounting matters. Review and oversee calculations, analyses, and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency. Partner with Tax, Legal, Treasury, Finance, and Technology teams on strategic initiatives. Identify risks, recommend solutions, and support implementation of process improvements.

Support implementation of new business programs, policies, and operational changes. Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, controls, and overall stakeholder experience. Provide coaching, mentorship, and review for Analysts and Senior Analysts.
