Intern – Talent Acquisition

Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern (Fresh Graduate or Undergraduate) to join our Alexandria office. This internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate coordination, and recruitment operations. You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters, gaining valuable exposure to international hiring practices and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases. Support in screening candidate profiles and scheduling interviews. Help post and update job advertisements across multiple platforms. Maintain and organize candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Assist in preparing candidate reports and summaries for clients.

Communicate professionally with candidates to confirm details and follow up on interviews. Participate in employer branding activities and events as needed. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

Fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Passion for recruitment, HR, or talent management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Eagerness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.

Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written). Based in Alexandria , Egypt.
