Senior Executive, Healthier SG Grants Administration

This role is part of the team under the Grants Division, to drive the planning and implementation of Healthier SG payments to the GP clinics. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the team and relevant stakeholders to translate policy requirements into operational requirements and conduct data analytical reviews, management reporting, and support the day-to-day grant operations.

Translate new policy requirements into operational processes and develop operational framework and SOP. Gather and document business requirements for system development and enhancements Support the team to design system functions including participating in user acceptance testing Work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as MOH to resolve operational issues, systemic issues, and facilitate timely case review and outcomes.

Develop data analytical requirements and conduct regular analytical review on operational data to identify trends and anomalies. Prepare materials for onward reporting to Senior Management and MOH. Support operational processes relating to disbursements and/or appeals, ensuring timely and accurate execution Job Requirement Degree in any discipline.

Relevant experience in grant administration or disbursement is preferred. Possess strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and develop practical solutions to operational challenges. Able to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Candidates with experience in Power Query will have an added advantage.
