A full-time CLINIC DIRECTOR position is now available in a Senior Living Continuing Care Retirement Community located in Greenville, RI. This position is open to either a PT, OTR, SLP, PTA or COTA. Qualifications

A successful Clinic Director will: Ensure efficient and effective operations Effectively develop a caseload through exceptional customer service and marketing to referral sources Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor Provide physical therapy services as needed Be a licensed therapist or license eligible in the state where employed Have experience as a treating therapist in a Senior Living Community in the independent living, assisted living, memory care, outpatient and SNF setting.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a Senior Living Community or skilled nursing facility. RATE RANGE: $50 - $55/hr #LI-MB1
