A full-time CLINIC DIRECTOR/ Physical Therapist (PT) position is now available in a Senior Living Community located in Charlton, MA. Qualifications

A successful Clinic Director will: Ensure efficient and effective operations Effectively develop a caseload through exceptional customer service and marketing to referral sources Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor Provide physical therapy services as needed Be a licensed therapist or license eligible in the state where employed Have experience as a treating therapist in a Senior Living Community in the independent living, assisted living, memory care, outpatient and SNF setting.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a Senior Living Community or skilled nursing facility. RATE RANGE: $53 - $58/hr #LI-MB1
