Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – the Waterbury area Universa. Care is hiring Personal Care Assistants for home care clients in the Waterbury area. Weekday, weekend, live-in and part-time options are available. Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour. Rate may increase based on experience and case needs. Mileage reimbursement for travel between clients.
