Operations Officer in Card Operational Services Team

Cards are at the heart of everyday banking, and the people who keep them running make a real difference to customers across the Nordic region. In this role, you will join a close-knit team handling a wide variety of card-related tasks, from private card exceptions to end-to-end corporate card processes. You will gain broad knowledge across multiple markets and build skills that grow with you.

What you will be doing You will be part of a nine-person team within the Everyday Banking Individual HUB, supporting all Nordic markets in the cards area. The team covers around 70 different tasks, so no two days look the same. You will work closely with Nordic colleagues to find the right solutions for each case, contributing to smooth and reliable service for customers and partners alike.

The team culture is collaborative and supportive, with colleagues ready to help you learn and make confident decisions. This role is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. This role doesn't offer the relocation package. More specifically, you will

• Deliver project activities and administrative tasks for corporate card ordering across multiple systems.
• Resolve issues related to card ordering and administration in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Nordic teams to identify the best solutions for case handling.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues on questions and issues in writing.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes within your immediate area.

About You

Curious and motivated to learn across a wide range of tasks. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in daily work. Flexible and able to manage priorities during peak periods. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Critical thinker who spots issues and thinks through solutions carefully.
