Senior Client Manager in Large Corporates and Institutions

Ready to contribute to our position as #1 in customer experience in the Nordics? You will directly support Nordic corporate & institutional customers of the Danske Bank Group. This role offers the opportunity to build valuable relationships while developing your coordination and problem-solving skills across our largest institutional client base.

What you will be doing: As a Senior Client Manager, you will deliver professional customer service for credit, markets trading, KYC, trade finance, and daily banking inquiries including cash and liquidity management. Working with designated portfolios alongside Senior Bankers, Relationship Managers, Cash Managers, and Credit Specialists, you will support our overall value proposition while collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders across different geographical locations.

NOTE: This position requires working from the office 3 days per week. Your main responsibilities will be: Take end-to-end ownership of customer tasks with a strong service mindset. Manage various types of risks: credit risk, conduct risk and controls, etc. Resolve complex transactional banking cases efficiently. Communicate with large international and Nordic financial customers and internal teams.

Be able to navigate in a complex organization without strict operational procedures to get customer queries solved in a timely and efficient manner. Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize customer solutions.

About you

Experience in financial sector, preferably 2+ years in cash management, credit or market products. Strong customer-oriented mindset with focus on service quality. Advanced stakeholder management skills for external and internal parties. Effective collaboration and coordination abilities in international environments. Self-directed working approach with solution-focused attitude.

Creative and professional approach to unexpected situations. Advanced English language skills. Experience in large corporate exposure, treasury functions, financial analysis, or audit would be valuable additions to your profile. We offer: Monthly salary range from 2640 EUR to 3960 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
