More information is available on our website https://www.sswtechnologies.com/ Job Description: The 2nd Shift Robot Operator will set up and operate and troubleshoot automats, benders, form press, welders, frame handler, inline and trimmers. Work hours are from 3 pm - 11:30 pm Monday

• Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Perform all duties in a safe manner Interact in a professional manner with other employees/customers Work overtime as necessary Responsible to produce all parts to quality standards Understand how to setup and operate rod & wire str., automats, benders, form press, welders, frame handler, inline and trimmers Learn how gauges work in alignment with making quality parts Learn how to adjust entron boxes Learn how to operate and control pendants Learn how to troubleshoot machines and tooling Learn how to identify unsatisfactory tooling and components Perform lock and tag outs on machines in accordance with safety standards May be required to do own trucking and operate material handling devices as needed Required to produce to standard rate at a minimum Must obtain and maintain required tools Must perform and document all required quality checks of parts produced Notify Supervisor of any mechanical or material issues Maintains a clean and safe work area per area 5S procedures Will be assigned to other jobs when the machine is not running Other duties as assigned Position Supervised or Directed: Supervised.

Qualifications, Experience requirements: Valid Forklift Certification Ability to read and interpret blueprints and calipers Accurate measuring and math skills Advanced knowledge of required measuring tools Must have verbal and written communication skills Must have attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to follow directions accurately Maintain regular attendance and punctuality General Requirements: Detailed and hands-on oriented.

Working Conditions: Physical ability, which may include standing, lifting, carrying, reaching, and working in areas that are not climate controlled for long periods Manufacturing plant environment Occasionally exposed to fumes and loud noises. Equipment Use: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). SSW machinery Forklift.
