  • Source and coordinate door gifts, VIC appreciation gifts, and bespoke client gifting concepts in line with brand guidelines and budget allocations. Visual Design & Presentation Assets:
  • Utilize Adobe Photoshop to adapt regional marketing collateral and format localized event assets.
  • Oversee localized invitation assets (e-invites, MMS content, printed cards) and event signage, upholding strict brand guidelines across both markets.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in event execution, marketing implementation, VIP/VIC salon management, or client activation—preferably within luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or private banking covering Hong Kong and/or Macau.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing VIP client expectations and delivering high-end salon/suite hospitality experiences.
  • Strong ability to interpret regional/group brand directives and turn them into flawless local operational plans.
  • Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and budget management skills across HK and Macau networks.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple regional activations simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to create executive-level presentation decks, strategic proposals, and reporting templates.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for graphic adaptation, localized artwork, and visual mood boards.
