Maintenance Technician

Join Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) as a part-time Maintenance Technician supporting our Marinette Trolley property and HUD housing sites throughout Northeast Wisconsin. This 30-hour-per-week position is responsible for general building maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, groundskeeping, and ensuring safe, attractive properties.

Service areas include Marinette, Appleton, Oshkosh, Manitowoc, Waupaca, Clintonville, and Shawano. Candidates should have experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
