Job description
Provide compassionate, person-centered support to adults experiencing a mental health crisis in an 8-bed residential facility. Assist residents in developing daily living skills, navigating their recovery journey, and promoting independence and stability. Help maintain a safe, supportive, welcoming, and home-like environment for all residents.
Position: Full-Time Adult Residential Support Professional (ARSP) Schedule: 40 hours per week, working 2pm-10pm and every other weekend Pay: $17.75 per hour
