PALM VALLEY ACTIVITIES ATTENDANT – Hamilton Island / Events & Activities Hamilton Island is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Activities Attendant to join our team at Palm Valley, one of the island's exciting adventure activity destinations. From Go-Karts to Quad Bikes, you'll help guests experience the thrill of outdoor adventures while ensuring every activity is delivered safely and professionally.

Why you’ll love working with us Help guests enjoy thrilling Go-Kart and Quad Bike adventures Live island-side with no commute and tropical Whitsunday lifestyle Enjoy staff perks including gym access and dining discounts Your Role As a Palm Valley Activities Attendant, you'll support the daily operation of our Go-Kart and Quad Bike activities, ensuring guests enjoy a fun, safe and memorable experience.

You'll be responsible for assisting with bookings, delivering safety briefings, supervising activities and maintaining equipment while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Where you’ll make an impact Welcome guests and deliver friendly, professional customer service Conduct safety briefings and provide clear instructions on equipment operation Assist with daily Go-Kart and Quad Bike activities, ensuring guest safety Manage activity bookings, process payments and promote activity packages Monitor equipment and facilities to ensure safe and operational conditions Support daily opening, closing and general operational requirements What we’re looking for You are an outgoing and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working outdoors and creating memorable guest experiences.

You have excellent communication skills, a strong focus on safety and the confidence to engage with guests of all ages. You thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a supportive team. To be successful, you will need: Current Driver Licence (Essential) Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (Essential) Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (Essential) QLD Working with childrens Check (Blue Card) Confidence delivering safety briefings and supervising recreational activities Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions About Hamilton Island Our mission is to share the wonder of Hamilton Island with the world by creating wonder-filled experiences for our guests, employees and community.
