Working with the youngest residents of Hamilton Island requires commitment, flexibility, and a warm, positive nature to match our year-round sunshine. This is a live on island role, working within our supportive and community-focused early learning environment. You will play an important role in fostering a safe, stimulating, and fun environment where children can thrive. Where you’ll make an impact Assist the Group Leaders and Director in delivering engaging and interactive learning programs Support children’s development and help build their confidence and self-esteem Create a positive, safe, and fun environment where learning happens naturally Assist with preparation and service of food and beverages as required Contribute to maintaining a safe, compliant, and welcoming centre What we’re looking for You are passionate about early childhood education and bring both experience and a caring, enthusiastic approach to your work. You thrive in a team environment and are committed to supporting children during their formative years. To be successful, you will need: Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (Essential) Minimum 2 years practical experience in the children’s services industry Working with Children Check
