EMEA Project Delivery Lead

What will you be doing? Lead the delivery of consumer research projects across the UK & Europe, spanning face-to-face fieldwork and global online methodologies. You'll manage and develop a Project Delivery team, act as the senior escalation point for complex operational challenges, and build strong supplier partnerships to ensure exceptional quality and execution.

Combining people leadership with operational excellence, you'll drive continuous improvement and help shape best practice across the business. Lead the successful delivery of consumer research fieldwork across the UK & Europe and global online methodologies, ensuring quality, consistency, and operational excellence. Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing Project Delivery team, building capability, resilience, and best practice.

Act as the senior escalation point for complex project, supplier, and stakeholder challenges, driving timely and effective resolution. Oversee project risk management, ensuring issues are identified early and managed proactively. Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships, monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement.

Establish and maintain delivery standards, quality controls, and operational processes across all methodologies. Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to align priorities, share knowledge, and support successful project outcomes. Champion innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement, translating project learnings into scalable processes, SOPs, and smarter ways of working.

What are we looking for? Proven experience in research operations, fieldwork, project delivery, or supplier management, ideally across multiple markets and methodologies. Strong leadership skills, with experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing operational teams. Expertise in overseeing complex projects, managing risk, and resolving delivery challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills, with the ability to influence, build relationships, and drive performance. Commercially minded and solutions-focused, balancing quality, cost, timelines, and client expectations to make sound decisions.
