You’ll be in the mix on: Warehouse lending facilities Forward flow transactions Whole loan transfers Repo agreements Securitization and related work The work is direct, client-facing, and often high stakes.

You’ll manage pieces of the deal start to finish, lead associates, and keep pace with some of the sharpest finance lawyers in the market.
