CDL A New Graduate Driving Position

If you’ve completed CDL school but don’t have the experience required for most driving jobs, we can help you get the experience you need while earning a weekly paycheck.

STUDENT DRIVER REQUIREMENTS Must provide a certificate showing 120+ hours of CDL school completion No prior or recent tractor-trailer experience, or less than 6 months of tractor-trailer experience PAID TRAINING PROGRAM PHASE 1 — STUDENT 1 Approximately 3 weeks 180 hours of over-the-road training Train alongside an experienced driver $725 per week PHASE 2 — STUDENT 2 Approximately 3 weeks 180 hours of over-the-road training Continue developing your skills and gaining valuable experience $950 per week That’s approximately 6 weeks of paid training designed to help you build the skills, experience, and confidence needed to become a successful professional truck driver.

AFTER TRAINING Once you successfully complete the training program, you will be required to team drive for 6 months . We will pair you up. This gives you the opportunity to continue gaining valuable over-the-road experience while working alongside another professional driver. Your CDL is just the beginning.
