Monthly Mileage Bonus- You can earn up to $0.08 CPM to the truck each month for just running the miles you already want! Vacation Bonus- Calculated annually using total gross pay, including per diem, with a % payout based on the length of service. 2% up to 8 % based on your length of hire. Vacation bonus is paid on the 4th Friday following the month of hire, after 1 year of completed service. Monthly Safety Bonus- Earn extra money each month Paid Holiday- Get paid extra if you run on the following holidays: 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s! 401 (k) with match- Kennesaw matches 50%, up to the first 6% of what you contribute.
