Associate Manager Mechanical Maintenance - HYCO

In this role you will be responsible for the coordination, preparation and execution of overhauling of rotating equipment during turnarounds, emergency shutdowns and equipment breakdowns Further, you will support condition monitoring program (viz. vibration monitoring, oil analysis, VDL, ECM, etc.) Additionally, you will lead all types of maintenance / trouble shooting of rotating equipment e.

g. pumps, compressors, turbines etc. Furthermore, you will review drawings give recommendations for implementation for new projects as per statutory LGSR standards Making detailed job plans for Major shutdown/ TAR (materials Services, Budget etc.), vendor selection for material supply services and implementation of Alerts / Technical Bulletins / directives guidelines as per Coe recommendations and compliance to statutory requirements is a part of your responsibility Moreover, you will support Root cause Failure Analysis related to mechanical failure of equipment
