CCBHC Child and Adolescent Mental Health Practitioner

The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Practitioner position works within a multidisciplinary team using a client-centered and trauma-informed approach to provide a range of office, community, and homebased services to families with children who display complex emotional and behavioral health need This role provides high-quality, community-based behavioral health services to individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, serious emotional disorders focusing on symptom reduction, functional improvement, and rehabilitation.

Works with diverse staff and service population.
