Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full day-to-day operation of a luxury safari lodge
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint
- Inspire, mentor, and manage all lodge departments and teams
- Maintain world-class service standards across the property
- Build lasting relationships with guests and ensure memorable stays
- Drive innovative guest experiences and activities
- Oversee operational planning, budgets, and lodge performance
- Support staff training, development, and team culture
- Work closely with Heads of Department to ensure seamless service delivery Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Lodge Manager or senior hospitality leadership role
- Proven experience within a luxury five-star lodge or hotel environment
- Hospitality or Business Management qualification advantageous
- Strong operational, leadership, and people-management skills
- Excellent communication and guest engagement abilities
- Professional, well-presented, and solutions-driven
