Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Apartment Cleaning Technician to join our property management team. This role plays a key part in ensuring our apartment homes and common areas are consistently clean, welcoming, and well-maintained for current and future residents. You’ll take pride in your work, enjoy staying active throughout the day, and have a strong eye for detail that helps our properties stand out.

Responsibilities

Turnover cleaning of vacant apartments (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, fixtures, etc.) Cleaning and maintaining common areas and shared spaces Ensuring all units meet company cleanliness standards prior to move-in Reporting maintenance or property concerns as needed Supporting the overall appearance and presentation of the property What We’re Looking For Prior cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred (1–3 years ideal) Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to work independently or as part of a team Physical ability to be on your feet and perform cleaning tasks throughout the day What We Offer Consistent, steady work in a stable environment Supportive team culture Opportunity to work with a company that values clean, well-maintained properties Competitive pay based on experience If you take pride in making spaces look their best and want to be part of a company that values both performance and people, we’d love to hear from you.
