Something special is coming to Muncie—and we’re looking for a Front Office Managerto help bring it to life.The Cantio, a new 97-room boutique hotel in theTapestry Collection by Hilton, will offer inviting places to stay, dine, and gather—from a cozy café to a rooftop restaurant and lounge.

As part of the opening team, you’ll help build our front office team, prepare for our first arrivals, and create a welcoming experience that brings guests back. This is your opportunity to shape how we greet, serve, and care for our guests from day one.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Build your team. Help hire, train, schedule, and develop our front office associates.
• Get us opening-day ready. Help establish front desk procedures, learn hotel systems, and prepare the team to welcome our first guests.
• Lead from the front. Support daily front desk operations, including arrivals, departures, reservations, payments, and accurate guest accounts.
• Make every stay personal. Respond thoughtfully to guest concerns, follow through on requests, and empower your team to deliver warm, attentive service.
• Bring departments together. Partner with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other teams to coordinate room readiness and guest needs.
• Keep us on track. Manage department schedules and labor costs, monitor guest feedback, and maintain Hilton service standards and guest privacy.

What You Bring

• Previous hotel front desk experience and experience leading or supervising a team.
• A welcoming leadership style and a passion for developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence handling guest concerns and balancing priorities.
• Experience with hotel property management systems; Hilton experience is a plus.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
