Something special is coming to Ball State’s campus—and we’re looking for an Executive Housekeeperto help bring it to life. Our new 97-room boutique hotel, part of theTapestry Collection by Hilton, will combine a distinctive local story with warm hospitality and the energy of campus life.

At The Cantio you’ll have the opportunity to build your team, prepare for our first guests, and create a department where people feel supported and take pride in every detail.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Build your team. Help hire, train, and inspire our opening housekeeping and laundry team.
• Bring opening day to life. Organize supplies, prepare guest rooms, and establish department routines.
• Lead with care. Coach your associates, set clear expectations, and celebrate their successes.
• Make every detail count. Maintain cleanliness and Hilton brand standards throughout the hotel.
• Keep us working together. Manage schedules, labor costs, inventory, and budgets while partnering with Front Office and Maintenance.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hotel housekeeping leadership experience.
• A welcoming leadership style and a passion for developing others.
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Experience managing schedules, inventory, and department performance.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Hilton experience is a plus!
