Site - Supervisor

Duties and Key Responsibilities Production Supervision: To maintain workflow by monitoring production process; observing control points and equipment; monitoring manpower and resources. Supervise unloading of incoming plastic scrap, verify quality and quantity. Report discrepancies to management To ensure that production processes, as well as machines, other equipment are used economically throughout.

To ensure ongoing continual improvements of processes and overall productivity. To implement lean manufacturing principles wherever applicable. Inventory Management: Monitor RM, FG, and consumable stock. Conduct weekly and monthly stock verification Maintain MIS reports and Inventory responsibility for input and finished goods, including weekly/Monthly inventory reports to the Facility Manager.

To maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, and by maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures. To resolve personal problems by analysing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.

Coordinate with the Logistics team for timely dispatches. Ensure correct material and quantities are dispatched. General responsibilities : Ensure professionalism at all times and demonstrate exemplary prioritisation of workload skills. Ensure that the PFC policies, SOPs and protocols are being adhered to at all levels of the company.

Ensure strict adherence to data confidentiality and security. Willingness to travel frequently across PFC site locations, sometimes at short notice, including other places as per the needs of the project or the company. Work closely with the PFC team and Partners. Note: The roles and responsibilities outlined above are not meant to be an exhaustive list of tasks.

Flexibility is required, and the incumbent is expected to carry out any other related duties that are necessary for the optimum functioning of the company as a whole within the employee's skills and abilities whenever a need is pointed out, becomes apparent or as reasonably instructed.

Requirements

Requirements Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications 3 to 5 Years production experience. ITI / Diploma in Engineering Experience in waste management will be an added advantage MS Excel, Power point basic knowledge Good understanding of production operations Fluency in Tamil. Hindi will be an added advantage CTC As per Industry Standards.
