Installation Team Leads

Role Overview: Responsible for leading Installation Technicians, ensuring that installations are completed safely, efficiently, and up to client standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assign tasks to Installation Technicians and oversee installation processes. Participate in installations Communicate any issues or delays to management. Conduct pre- and post-installation quality checks.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in installation, construction, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with seasonal decor or lighting installations is a plus. Valid Driver’s License. Able to climb 20' to 40' ladder and work outdoors in various weather Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to troubleshoot issues with lighting, decor, and basic electrical systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
