Seasonal Installation Technicians (D)

Role Overview: Responsible for the physical installation of holiday lights and decor according to instructions from the Installation Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Install lighting and decor elements, following safety protocols and installation guides. Perform routine checks to ensure installations meet MCL standards. Address any installation issues with the Installation Team Lead.

Requirements

Education

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Experience in installation, construction, or a related field is preferred. No prior experience is required; training will be provided. Skills: Ability to follow instructions and installation guides. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Physical stamina and ability to lift and move objects.

Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in installations. Safety-conscious.
