About the Role

Bon Voyage Travel is looking for a Travel Advisor to join our Oro Valley and Green Valley office, selling luxury cruise and vacation experiences to clients who are ready to travel well. You will consult, design, and book, and you will build a book of business that grows with you. This is a build. Great advisors take time to hit their stride, and commissions largely arrive when clients sail, so the first several months are about learning the product, earning trust, and planting seeds.

If you are patient, self-motivated, and energized by the long game, this role rewards you for years, not weeks. We will teach you the cruise lines, the suppliers, and the systems. What we cannot teach is the drive and the genuine interest in people. This is an onsite position at Oro Valley OR Green Valley, Arizona. What You'll Own Client Consultation: Understand each client's travel goals and design cruise and vacation experiences around them.

Luxury Cruise Sales: Sell across cruise, river cruise, escorted tours, all-inclusive resorts, and custom travel, with luxury cruise at the center. Relationship Building: Develop lasting relationships with new and existing clients that turn into repeat bookings. Business Development: Generate new business through referrals, repeat clients, and networking in the community.

Booking Management: Book and manage cruise, air, hotel, tour, rail, and transportation reservations. Client Care: Handle travel protection, upgrades, excursions, transfers, dining, and special requests, plus changes and cancellations when plans shift. Consistent Follow-Up: Stay in touch with prospects and clients throughout the sales process and long after the trip ends.

Product Expertise: Learn destinations, cruise lines, suppliers, and travel trends, and keep that knowledge current. Systems and Accuracy: Work in Client. Base, Hub. Spot CRM, and Signature Travel Network tools, and price packages and commissions accurately. Training and Certification: Maintain supplier certifications and take part in ongoing professional development.

Sales Goals: Meet and exceed individual sales goals, understanding that momentum builds over time.

What You'll Bring

A genuine passion for travel and for helping people plan something they will remember. A sales mindset. You enjoy the conversation, the follow-up, and closing the booking. Excellent communication skills, in person, on the phone, and in writing. Outstanding relationship-building ability and real interest in people. Self-motivation and personal accountability, with the patience to build toward strong numbers over months rather than weeks.

Strong organization and attention to detail across multiple clients at once. Comfort with everyday technology, including email, CRM platforms, and online booking tools. Cruise sales or travel advisor experience is welcome and valued, and so is consultative sales experience from another industry. Familiarity with Client.

Base, Sabre, Amadeus, Hub. Spot, or Salesforce is a plus, not a requirement. Travel and tourism certifications are a plus. Availability to work onsite at our Oro Valley or Green Valley office.
