Customer Service (Automotive Spare parts)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage documentation (quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders)
• Ensure proper packing of goods for delivery/export
• Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Monitor stock movement
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales
• Proficient in Accpac and MS Office
• Self-driven, independent, and able to multitask
• Technical knowledge of heavy vehicle spare parts
• Professional Certificate/Diploma or related field
• Customer service/sales admin experience will be an advantage Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6:15pm
