Music Facilitator 📍 Williamsville, NY | 💲 $22.00–$28.00 per hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Are you passionate about music exposure? The Arc Erie County is seeking a Music Facilitator to support various programs at The Arc Erie County by providing music to people with developmental disabilities. In this role, you’ll do more than lead sessions.

You’ll inspire connection. You’ll provide hands on opportunities for musical expression, rhythmic engagement, active listening, and social collaboration while helping individuals gain confidence and self-expression. From daily group activities to supporting internal showcases and creating a welcoming, lively environment, you’ll play a key role in building an empowering, creative space for adults with disabilities.

What You’ll Do: ✨ Provide weekly musical experiences with the program ✨ Develop lesson plans ✨ Communicate with parents / guardians regarding progress ✨ Hold group classes / lessons at various locations ✨ Coordinate daily programs as requested as well as graduations and thematic programs. What We’re Looking For: ✔ Bachelors Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or a related field ✔ 3 years’ experience in direct service experience with developmentally disabled adults and 1 year of supervisory experience ✔ Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills ✔ A passion for mentoring, teaching, and helping others succeed Why Join The Arc Erie County?
