Maint Technician I (C Shift)

Essential Position Responsibilities Performing a wide range of building and grounds maintenance activities to ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. Duties include conducting routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns; completing general repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and lighting; and carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and structural components.

The role responds promptly to work orders and urgent repair requests while maintaining clean, organized mechanical rooms, storage areas, and maintenance workspaces.
