Manufacturing Team Supervisor

Ensuring a safe and satisfying work environment for our Frontline staff. Ensuring service compliance to internal and external customers. Conducting regular Frontline conversations and providing developmental feedback. Coaching, mentoring, training and development of teams and individuals. Maintaining accountability of employee schedules, shift coverage and correct work hours within a timekeeping system.

Conducting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) compliance audits and behaviour-based safety observations. Attending Team Meetings. Role modelling for behaviours based on our Pepsi. Co Values and Leadership. Applying the guidelines and expectations indicated in the Employee Manual. High School Diploma required, Associate degree or equivalent background preferred.

Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations. 3+ years experience in supervising others in a fast-paced work environment preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team. Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Overview

Frito Lay Canada is seeking a Manufacturing Team Supervisor in Taber, AB. The position contributes to the success of Pepsi. Co by directing the manufacturing frontline team to meet customer needs and achieve standards related to safety, cost, line efficiencies, waste, and productivity. This individual must align the team to achieve production performance standards.
