Entry Level Assembler

Position: Cashco has one opening for an Entry Level Assembler. Summary: An Entry Level Assembler must have a great attitude, ability to learn quickly and can adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Efficiently assemble quality production parts using hand tools, power tools, or machinery in a safe manner. Troubleshooting issues that arise during the assembly process and help implement solutions to ensure a smooth workflow. Identify and report any defects or issues at any given time. Follow safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized working environment.

Effectively meeting production goals in a timely manner. Communicating with other employees and supervisors as necessary. May be responsible for training new employees and providing guidance to less experienced Assemblers.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have the ability to read blueprints and understand the assembly process. Must possess basic computer knowledge. Must have a technical aptitude and an understanding of mechanical principles. The ability to communicate openly in a team environment. Strong attention to detail along with organizational and problem-solving skills.

Candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks daily.
