Launch Supervisor

Act as the core manufacturing interface, working closely with the Project Manager to coordinate all resources (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Environment) required for prototype builds and small-batch trial production. Develop and drive the execution of detailed new project production ramp-up plans, including staffing and training plans and equipment capacity improvement (OEE) plans, and track their implementation.

Responsible for identifying, tracking, and coordinating the resolution of high-risk issues prior to launch and during ramp-up (including equipment status, material supply, tooling and fixtures, etc.) to ensure production readiness. Responsible for tracking the preparation, approval, issuance, and training of all on-site operating documents (WI, CP, inspection standards, etc.)

, ensuring they remain current and valid. Lead the management of quality issues during launch and ramp-up, provide rapid response, coordinate and implement temporary containment actions, and track and ensure the effective execution and validation of long-term corrective actions. Monitor and report key launch KPIs daily (e.

g., FPY/FTT, capacity achievement rate, downtime), and organize daily meetings to drive issue resolution. Lead the on-site verification for the mass-production handover of new projects to ensure the production line has the capability for stable mass production. Responsible for managing and coordinating the production team during the project launch phase to ensure effective execution of all directives.
