Customer Planning Supervisor

Customer Demand Management: Receive, review, and enter customer orders and forecasts into the SAP system. Follow up on JIS orders, urgent orders, and order changes to ensure information accuracy and timely response. Production Planning Coordination: Develop production plans based on customer demand and internal capacity; monitor production progress and make timely adjustments.

Organize SOP and MPS meetings, and coordinate production and logistics resources to ensure delivery. Inventory and Material Control: Formulate inventory strategies for finished goods and semi-finished goods, control inventory levels, and prevent obsolete/slow-moving materials. Participate in consignment warehouse management and provide inventory data to support production decisions.

Customer Communication and Satisfaction Management: Communicate with customers regularly and handle matters such as delivery exceptions and quality feedback. Distribute and collect customer satisfaction surveys, and follow up on improvement actions. System and Data Maintenance: Maintain customer and material master data in SAP to ensure the accuracy of planning parameters.

Use APO for demand comparison and forecast optimization. Documentation, Reporting, and Project Management: Prepare documents required by customers (e.g., questionnaires, logistics agreements, etc.) Responsible for E O reports, logistics cost calculations, and logistics support for new projects.
