ABOUT THE JOB

We’re seeking a Customer Support Specialist – Swedish Language to join our dynamic iGaming team in Belgrade. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Swedish-speaking players, providing timely, professional, and friendly support via live chat. You will handle inquiries regarding accounts in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Proficient interaction with a variety of online systems. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Effectively respond to customer requests and questions by chat and emails. Deal with and help resolve any customer complaints. Following operational procedures in every contact with the customers.

Requirements

Fluent-level in Swedish (spoken and written). Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written). Previous experience in customer support, preferably in iGaming, online entertainment, Fintech, or similar industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based office environment.

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in the iGaming industry. Experience with live chat platforms, CRM systems, or ticketing tools.
