What You’ll Be Doing As our Service Advisor, you’re the vital link between our customers and our service teams — the one who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes and delivers an outstanding customer experience.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact: Own every customer interaction from first contact to final follow-up Keep customers informed with clear, accurate, and timely communication Open, manage, and close service calls like a pro Keep schedules updated and work flowing efficiently Monitor and manage work in progress (WIP) to hit team targets Ensure timelines, KPIs, and service standards are consistently met Prepare and manage quotes and invoices with precision Collaborate with Parts, Service, and Admin teams to get the job done What You’ll Bring Experience with quotes and invoicing Understanding of service operations A background working with customers and building relationships Knowledge of construction or earthmoving industries ideal Why Terra Cat?
