The Role As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for customers throughout their service journey, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from booking through to vehicle handover.

Key responsibilities include

Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs, repairs, and maintenance work Providing customers with advice regarding warranty coverage and additional products or services Promoting and upselling relevant parts, accessories, and aftersales products where appropriate Coordinating with workshop teams to efficiently schedule work based on workshop capacity Managing a high volume of customer enquiries both face-to-face, over the phone, and online Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle repairs and expected completion times Maintaining accurate customer records and updating dealership systems Supporting the wider Aftersales team to deliver outstanding service standards About You We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

You will ideally have: Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Senior Service Advisor, or similar Aftersales role within the automotive industry Excellent communication and relationship-building skills The ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities A proactive and positive approach to customer service Experience using Kerridge, ADP, or similar dealer management systems (advantageous) The ability to work both independently and as part of a busy team If you're an experienced Service Advisor looking for your next challenge in a thriving dealership environment, we'd love to hear from you.
