SAP HCM/Payroll Consultant

You have the opportunity to join our team at the position of SAP HCM/Payroll Consultant What will you do? Configure, implement and support SAP HCM/Payroll solutions; Analyze business requirements from HR departments and translate them into technical specifications and system settings; Participate in the development of integrations between SAP HCM/Payroll, Success.

Factors and external systems; Detail, optimize and document HR and Payroll business processes; Resolve client requests, issues and system-related cases; Monitor changes in Bulgarian labor and social security legislation and support their implementation in the system configuration; Work with end users, ABAP developers and other technical teams; Prepare user guides, procedures and documentation for end users; Conduct trainings and support the implementation of new processes and functionalities.

What skills and qualifications you need to have? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Human Resources, Information Systems or a similar field; Minimum 3 years of experience as a SAP HCM/Payroll Consultant; Excellent knowledge of SAP HCM/Payroll processes and configuration; Knowledge of the SAP HANA data structure; Experience or knowledge of Payroll Control Center (PCC), Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR), SAP Time Management (PT), SAP Integration Suite, FI/CO integrations, Transport Management and SAP Security/Authorization; Debugging and troubleshooting skills; Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian labor and social security legislation; Ability to prepare technical assignments, user guides and procedures; Excellent command of English; Good client communication, organization, adaptability and teamwork skills.
