Key Account Manager/Business Development Expert

We are looking for a talented Key Account Manager / Business Development Expert to join our team Key responsibilities include: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners. Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through proactive market development. Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Understand customer needs and propose tailored ICT solutions and services. Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations. Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Coordinate internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services. Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to contract signing and account management. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to strengthen the company's market presence.

Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure customer requirements are effectively addressed. Contribute to the development and execution of business development and growth strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a high standard of professional conduct in all customer interactions. As a Key Account Manager/Business Development Expert, you will be responsible for developing strategic client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, expanding the company's market presence, and driving sustainable revenue growth through the delivery of innovative ICT solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategic client relationships. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Ability to identify business opportunities and develop effective growth strategies. Experience in preparing commercial proposals, contracts, and tender documentation. Excellent stakeholder management and customer relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in the ICT sector and knowledge of IT solutions and services will be considered an advantage.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
