Transportation Analyst

Transportation Analyst Company: The Boeing Company Job Description Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Transportation Analyst to join the Boeing Licensed Transportation Team located in Seattle, Washington. Position Responsibilities: Develop leadership presentations based on metrics to show Boeing performance Conduct routine meetings for management and other leadership Assist in the management of processes for Boeing Licensed Transportation Drivers Oversee Port of Seattle badging process Participate in driver hiring process Coordinate recognition events Analyze historical data, logistics performance, and trends to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement Develop and maintain written processes and materials Serve as backup for Department of Transportation (DOT) Analyst: Interface with management at all locations to ensure regulatory compliance throughout The Boeing Company Provide management with visibility of compliance or non-compliance of company policies and procedures, as well as Federal and State Department of Transportation regulations Obtain oversize permits Perform Teamster Job Bidding process Coordinate classes for required internal and external trainings Provide administrative support, such as ordering supplies and materials, to ensure that management and drivers have resources needed to perform their duties effectively This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications

(Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience in performing data analysis 5+ years of experience in a role that required problem solving and analytical skills 3+ years of experience interacting with business partners and customers 3+ experience creating PowerPoint decks and presenting data driven recommendations to leadership, Management to Director level Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of experience in data analysis with tools including Excel and Tableau including advanced features such as VBA and Macros and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) 3+ years of experience working with CDL drivers and analyzing transportation data 3+ years of Project Management experience Summary Pay Range: $87,550 - $118,450 Language Requirements: Not Applicable Education: Not Applicable Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
