Vocational Services Coach

Are you passionate about helping people achieve greater independence and success in the workplace? Join our team as a Vocational Services Coach and make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you will provide job coaching, work readiness training, and community-based support to people participating in our Prevocational and Supported Employment programs.

You will help participants develop workplace skills, build confidence, explore community experiences, and succeed in competitive employment settings.

What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on job coaching and workplace support
• Teach work readiness and interpersonal skills
• Support participants in community-based experiences and vocational training
• Partner with employers, care teams and community agencies Why Join Us?

• Starting rate of pay set at $21 an hour
