Concrete Superintendent

Leola Construction is seeking a Concrete Superintendent to oversee our residential concrete operations. In this role, you will lead slab-on-grade and post-tension foundation work for single-family homes, directing crews and subcontractors with integrity and excellence. This is a hands-on, field-based position operating across multiple residential subdivisions.

The ideal candidate combines strong communication, accountability, and a drive to grow, and keeps every pour on quality, on schedule, and on budget. Even if you’re new to some technical aspects of the role, we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
